A mozgás, amit tanítunk és mozgástartomány, ahol végezzük, nem szokatlan. Maximum elszoktál tőle, és erre hamar rá is eszmélsz, amikör az első bokakörzést úgy végzed, ahogy azt kell.

<p><strong>Re-education /újra-tanítás</strong><br />
A mozgás, amit tanítunk és mozgástartomány, ahol végezzük, nem szokatlan. Maximum elszoktál tőle, és erre hamar rá is eszmélsz, amikör az első bokakörzést úgy végzed, ahogy azt kell.</p>
<p><strong>Injury Rehabilitation / Sérülés rehabilitáció</strong><br />
Nem vagyunk gyógyítók, de a megfelelő mozgáson keresztül segítünk abban, hogy újra és fájdalom nélkül tudj mozogni, edzeni&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>Movement restoration / mozgás helyreállítás</strong><br />
A mozgástartomány megnövelése sok módon lehetséges, és hidd el, sokaknál jelent ezt egyben fájdalmat is. A zheath rendszere arra törekszik, hogy a fájdalom megszűnése mellett növekedjen a mozgásod hatásfoka.</p>
<p>A Zhealth módszerekkel a változás néha percek kérdése, de nem végleges. A kliens megkapja a személyre szabott javító kódot, hogy aztán azt naponta 5-10 percben elismételje. Tehát a változás akár az idegrendszer működési sebességével lehet egyenlő &#8211; 482km/óra &#8211; de ehhez a kliens munkája is kell. Persze sokan megszokták már, hogy edzés közben fáj a válluk, csuklójuk, ami sok probléma forrása:<br />
1. A fájdalom hatására csökken a mozgástartomány.<br />
2. A mozgástartomány csökkenése miatt az ízületben a mechanoreceptorok száma lecsökken, míg a a nociceptorok száma növekszik. A test így jelez, hogy valami nincs rendben, tehát fájdalmat produkál.<br />
3. Az ízület lezár, és az arthrokinetikus reflex miatt esik a teljesítmény.<br />
4. Az ízület lezáródása más helyeken túlságos mobilitáshoz vezet.<br />
És így megy tovább&#8230;Mit tehetünk, hogy megszűnjön a fájdalom? Vissza kell kapni a teljes mozgástartományt, de nem mindegy, hogyan&#8230;</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Mindkét napon rengeteg DJM &#8211; Zhealth Dynamic Joint Mobility &#8211; gyakorlatot végeztem. A vállam egy hét alatt rengeteget javult, szinte én sem hiszem el. Tegnap és ma kis súlyos gyakorlást végeztem, főképpen a Bone Rythm gyakorlása volt a cél, katonai nyomás, guggolás és húzódzkodás esetén.
